Do you have a right to life? Do you have a right to labor to sustain that life? Can government tax a right? Is involuntary servitude a form of slavery? Are you volunteering to pay the income tax? What would happen if you stopped paying?
Do you know why it is important to know if the so-called income tax is a tax on people, property, or activities? Do you think the government has to follow some rules when it comes to taxing the people?
Is your property tax a tax on people, property or activities? Is the sales tax a tax on people, property, or activities?
How about the DMV license fee, is that a tax on people, property or activities? (If you said property think again, as they would not make you pay anywhere close to what you do pay, if you did not put the vehicle on the road.)
Before you panic, do not fear, government has many ways to impose taxes besides taking your right to life.
Keep asking that question about the income tax. What is its subject? You have a right to know. And take no answer except one of these three, people, property or activities. Even thoughts are property. Is demanding to know the answer too much to ask for, or do you wish to have the tyranny remain upon your mind?
If the First Amendment to the Constitution guarantees freedom of religion how is it possible that the IRS/Federal Government can make churches incorporate and take licenses to exist?
"What would happen if a church refused to cooperate and take a license, or incorporate, or report to the government the contributions it gets?"
If the Constitution guarantees the right of trial by jury and due process in civil matters as well as criminal matters how is it possible that the IRS sends out millions of notices of levy's each year to employers and banks alike without any due process?
What would happen to any preacher who would preach that the IRS is the spawn of the devil and no one should pay a slave tax?
Why do we not hear about preachers who preach such things?
Can the government exist and still do it's constitutional mandate without a slave income tax?
How is it possible that the IRS can give better tax benefit to someone who buys a house as opposed to someone who rents a house?
How is it possible that the IRS can make you report to them so much personal data simply to have less of a tax burden?
How is it possible that the IRS can make you sign documents under the penalty of perjury in their slave-taxing scheme?
How is it possible that the government can get away with such an "enslaving" type of tax?
